工作說明：

**Position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia**

Responsible for developing, coordinating and assisting with all Creative activities, including designing, production, and printing for communications products and event projects.

? Manages art direction, design copywriting and production of Creative projects;

? Develops concepts for Below the Line (BTL) & Above the Line (ATL) and collaborating with very high quality of advertising;

? Develops concepts for Special projects i.e. Events, Road Shows, Marketing strategic promotional activities and others alike;

? Works collaboratively with Department Business partners participates in company strategizing procedures and makes recommendations for changes to the creative function to meet marketing changes, competitive threats or to support strategic plans;

? Analyzes the creative team, environment, processes, technologies, etc., to determine areas needing Improvement, and builds and directs a creative function aligned with and supportive of those goals;

? Manages outside resources, including vendors, photographers, videographers, production houses, printers, freelancers;

? Monitors the timeline with designers, copywriter, and production;興業新村英文家教行情

? Reviews illustrative material to determine if it conforms to standards and specifications;

? Manages photo shoots and printing sessions to ensure that the products needed are obtained;

? Prepares and justifies job estimates;

? Controlling quality, including proofing, reviewing, measuring and evaluating staffs;

? Produces performance, creative output and project process;

? Presenting final layouts to clients for approval;

? Guiding branding of company to present identity (color using, fonts style and logo).

? Bachelor’s degree in creative discipline such as advertising, design, creative writing, visual arts, digital media design, related field or equivalent preferred

? 7 years post under graduate experience in corporate marketing activities

? Knowledge in lighting, spacing, and other technical photography skills as well as editing techniques and film development

? Experience with Mac and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

? Flexible in working hours and available for last minute notice for special events

? Ability to work closely with marketing communication team to develop messaging collateral and demo materials
